Faux fur vest

Today I went to pick up my order from Zara and I was a bit disappointed as it took a little longer than I was expecting and the proccedure to receive the goods in the store is not as fast and easy as they say. My previous experience buying online from Zara was fantastic. In less than 3 days I had my order arriving at the office. This time I decided to try and pick up the goods at the store, but it took a week to arrive at the shop (note that meanwhile I went there and saw what I had bought and couldn't bring it home because my goods hadn't arrived yet) and once there, it was not easy to get it. It took at least 20 minutes. I guess they have to adjust the whole mechanism to make it work properly. Let's give them some time... Anyway, I'm already thinking about a few pieces that I want to buy there. The collection is really goooood and every day I see new things to buy! :)
